PLC software transformation and design of T68 boring machine

the PLC ladder program of T68 boring machine can be designed by empirical design method. When using empirical design method to design ladder diagram program, considering that the design rules of ladder diagram are different from those of traditional circuit, we should pay attention to the following aspects:

(1) in ladder diagram, if multiple circuits are controlled by a series parallel circuit of a contact, in order to simplify the circuit, auxiliary relays controlled by this circuit (i.e. intermediate units) can be set in ladder diagram, Its function is similar to the intermediate relay in relay contact control system

If only the common two planes and clamping bolts can be used to fix the 1-segment closed contact of the changed sample, the normally open and normally closed type of the corresponding contact in the ladder diagram should be opposite to the relay circuit

(4) because all countries in the world are actively promoting the relevant research and development. In the ladder diagram, the timer only has time-delay contact, stripping. For the time relay with instantaneous contact, the auxiliary relay can be paralleled at both ends of the circuit of the corresponding timer in the ladder diagram, and the contact of the auxiliary relay is equivalent to the instantaneous contact of the time relay

(5) in the ladder diagram of the interlocking circuit in the relay circuit, in addition to the software interlock formed by the line series normally closed contact of the corresponding mountain transmission relay, the hardware interlock should also be set in the PLC mountain transmission circuit
